Installation

SEAT: POWER SEAT SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER SEAT SHOULDER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Memory)

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the power seat shoulder switch assembly.





2. INSTALL FRONT SHOULDER BELT HANGER CAP Reassembly

3. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Memory)

NOTICE:
When replacing the position control ECU and switch assembly, register the end-point positions of the reclining motor, lifter motor and slide motor.

(a) Connect the 2 connectors.





(b) Install the position control ECU and switch assembly with the 3 screws.

4. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH (w/o Memory)

(a) Connect the connector.





(b) Install the front power seat switch with the 3 screws.

5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY Reassembly

6. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE Reassembly

7. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB Reassembly

8. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB Reassembly

9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

11. INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

12. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

13. INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

14. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

15. REGISTRATION

HINT
If the position control ECU and switch assembly has been replaced, register the end-point positions of the reclining motor, lifter motor and slide motor Operation Check.

16. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

Inspect the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
