HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: FRONT EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR

(a) Install the No. 1 cooler thermistor.









NOTICE:
* Be sure to insert the thermistor only once because reinserting it into the same position will not allow it to be firmly secured.
* After inserting the thermistor, do not apply excessive force to the wire.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

3. INSTALL HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

4. INSTALL AIR OUTLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR Reassembly

5. INSTALL AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for LH Side) Reassembly

6. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY Reassembly

7. INSTALL COOLER EXPANSION VALVE Reassembly

8. INSTALL AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for RH Side) Reassembly

9. INSTALL COOL AIR BY-PASS CONTROL SERVO MOTOR Reassembly

10. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY Installation

11. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT Reassembly

13. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY
