DESCRIPTION

If the engine will not run due to a blown "REGULATOR" fuse to the fuel pump, the problem may be caused by an electrical short circuit in the engine harness.

Check the engine harness on the driver's side fender well near the brake master cylinder. The metal hold down clamps may have rubbed through the insulation on the engine harness, resulting in an electrical short circuit.

Repair the engine harness as necessary and wrap the harness with electrical tape in the area of the metal hold down clamps to protect the harness.
