Parts and Labor Information

PARTS

Placards have been included with this notification for Dealer Stock units. The placard part numbers for 2-door sedans are as follows: E2DC-1532-AA, Granada; E24C-1532-AA, Cougar. Order additional requirements from Wixom using the mailing address in this bulletin.

LABOR

The labor for placard installation is shown below: Make sure the labor time is inserted in the B Box on the Form l864.

Install Placard 0.2 Hr. Insert in Box "B" on Form 1864

Administrative Allowance 0.1 Hr.

The 0.1 hour administrative allowance must be added to the total labor time before inserting in the appropriate box.

REPORTING

Upon completion of the required service, return the second copy of the Form 1864 completely filled out and signed by authorized dealer personnel to the Service Department of your supervising location. Only the Form 1864 will be accepted for reimbursement on this program. It is important that claims are returned for all completed units so that you will be properly reimbursed and we can record recall completions against all the involved units.

REIMBURSEMENT

The No. 2 copy of the Form 1864 submitted for completion reporting will be used for reimbursing labor. As placards will be provided by mail, there will be no impocost allowance.
