Special Tool(s)





1. CAUTION: Make sure the input shaft seal, the input shaft seal bore and the input shaft are clean and dry. Do not oil the input shaft seal or leakage will occur.

NOTE: Always install a new input shaft seal.

Using the special tool, install a new input shaft seal.
2. Install the input shaft oil slinger.
3. Install the Power Transfer Unit (PTU).
