FIGURE 1 & 2:

PURPOSE

In order to increase service accuracy, the oil pump gear tip measurement position has been moved. Shown in figures 1 and 2 the correct places to measure the clearance on both the drive gear and the driven gear. Please make the indicated changes to the service manuals listed below and write this TSB number in the TSB revision boxes on the affected pages. Clearance specifications have not changed. Please refer to the Service Manual for clearance specifications.
