PURPOSE
Some 1990 Eclipse vehicles may have an incorrect Service Points Label installed and must be replaced with the correct Service Points Label. A letter has been sent to the affected vehicle owners instructing them to install the Service Points Label themselves. A copy of the customer notification letter appears on page 2. Any vehicle owner who does not want to install the new label personally can ask their Mitsubishi dealer to install the label.

PARTS INFORMATION
All customers will receive one (1) label along with their notification letters. Should a customer misplace their label, a replacement can be obtained by contacting your District Service Manager. Replacement labels for this Service Campaign should not be ordered through the parts system.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
NONENo labor claim should be submitted for this campaign.
LABEL INSTALLATION
Open the hood. Locate the Service Points Label. Carefully clean the old label of dirt and residue. Remove the backing strip from the new label and apply over the old existing label.
