Air Bypass Valve: Service and Repair

Intercooler And Components:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the bypass air hose.
2. Remove the vacuum control line.
3. Unbolt the bypass valve from the turbocharger crossover pipe.

INSTALLATION
1. Install a new air bypass valve seat gasket.
2. Bolt the valve to the crossover pipe.
3. Attach the vacuum control line.
4. Fit the bypass air hose and clamp.
