Wastegate: Service and Repair

Turbo Charger Assembly Components:

REMOVAL
1. Remove the actuator rod clip pin.
2. Disconnect the actuator rod from waste gate control arm.
3. Remove the vacuum control line.
4. Remove the actuator mounting bolts, and remove the actuator.

INSTALLATION
Follow the removal procedures in reverse order.
