Intake Manifold: Testing and Inspection

Inspect intake manifold and air intake plenum (if equipped) as follows:
1. Check for damage, cracks or defects.
2. Ensure coolant and jet air passages are clear.
3. Check installation surfaces with a straightedge. Replace if deflection exceeds 0.012 inch.
