F4AC1 A/T CONTINUITY CHECKS AND TCM RESETTING - SERVICE MANUAL REVISION

PURPOSE

F4AC1 automatic transaxle range sensor and oil temperature sensor continuity checks are incorrect in the 1996 Eclipse Service Manual, Volume 1. Also, the manual is missing TCM resetting instructions.

This bulletin contains:

- Corrected continuity checks for F4AC1 transaxle range and oil temperature sensors
- F4AC1 TCM resetting instructions

Write the TSB revision number of this bulletin in the "TSB Revision" box at the bottom of the affected service manual pages.
