LORD(R) Chemicals Fusor(R) 101 and 111 Dispensing Recommendations

It it is difficult to dispense the LORD(R) Chemicals Fusor(R) # 101 Rigid Plastic Repair Material or the LORD(R) Chemicals Fusor(R) # 111 Unprimed Metal Patch Panel Bonder, perform the following:

^ The cartridges can be warmed slightly, not to exceed 100°F by setting in the sun or under warm water to improve the flow characteristics.

^ Remove the mixing tip and dispense onto a mixing board. Thoroughly mix the adhesive and catalyst before applying.

NOTE:
Cartridges where the resin has hardened inside the tube prior to dispensing may be replaced by contacting LORD(R) Chemicals at 800-458-0434, extension 3356.
