Ignition Switch: Service and Repair

Fig. 2 Ignition Switch Replacement:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove four upper and lower shell cover retaining screws, then the shell covers.
3. Disconnect electrical connectors from switch.
4. Remove switch retaining screw from steering lock, Fig. 2.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
