PURPOSE
The Cooling Fan Relay provides a way for the Engine Control Module (ECM) to control cooing fan speeds and time of operation.

OPERATION
Cooling Fan Relays are grounded by the ECM. This ground allows the relay to complete the circuit for cooling fan operation.
All manual transmission and NON-U.S.A. automatic transmission models have a 2-step control system.
