Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Table:

NOTE: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 52 indicates that the keep alive, or "long term" memory in the DIC has been reset. It is a normal occurrence whenever power or ground is removed from the DIC, such as anytime the battery has been disconnected and reconnected. When this DTC is current, DIC memory is reset to DATE display mode. If DTC 52 sets without a battery disconnect, ensure good terminal contacts at DIC power feed terminal A4 and ground terminals A6 and B5. If connections are good, replace DIC.
