Timing Cover: Service and Repair

1. Remove accessory drive belt.
2. Remove crankshaft damper as described in Cylinder Block Assembly/Harmonic Balancer/Service and Repair.
3. Remove drive belt tensioner and belt idler pulley.
4. Remove front cover attaching bolts, then the cover and gasket.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Front cover seal is reusable, do not discard unless seal is damaged.
