Service Port HVAC: Service and Repair

Tool Required:
J 39500 Air Conditioning Refrigerant Recovery, Recycling and Recharging (ACR4) System

Remove or Disconnect

1. Recover refrigerant from A/C system.
2. Service fitting from line.

Install or Connect

1. Service fitting to line.
- Lube O-ring with 525 refrigerant oil.

Tighten
- Torque fitting to 12 N.m (9 lb. ft.).

2. Evacuate, charge and leak test A/C system.
