Aurora retailers are to submit claims using one of the "V" labor operation numbers for each vehicle as shown.

Administration Allowance: Add 0.1 hour for clerical administration to the time listed in the "Labor Hours" column.

Parts Allowance: The "Part Amount" should represent the retailer cost plus a 40% allowance for handling.
