Lamps on Chime

The fast-pulse lamps on chime sounds when the following occur simultaneously:
^ The left front door is open.
^ The body control module (MALL) does not detect voltage at the lamps off input CKT 1785 (LT BLU - Oldsmobile) or CKT 549 (PPL/WHT - Buick).
^ No voltage is detected at CKT 39 (PNK).
