Thrust Angle Description
Thrust angle is defined as the path the rear wheels will take. If the rear wheel path is the same as the path of the vehicle, the thrust angle is zero. Ideally, the thrust angle should be aligned perfectly with the centerline of the vehicle.
THRUST ANGLES DESCRIPTION
The front wheels aim or steer the vehicle. The rear wheels control tracking. The tracking action is relative to the thrust angle (2). Thrust angle (2) is defined as the path that the rear wheels will take. The thrust angle (2) should be aligned with the body centerline (1).
