AT Mount Replacement (Rear)
Removal Procedure1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Install the jack stand in order to support the powertrain.
3. Remove the left front tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Wheels, Tires and Alignment.
4. Remove the nuts attaching the mount bracket to the mount.
5. Remove the bolts attaching the mount bracket to the transmission.
6. Remove the bolts attaching the left-side mount to the frame. Then, remove the mount.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the mount to the frame. Install the bolts.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
^ Tighten the mount bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the bracket and the bolts to the transmission.
^ Tighten the bracket-to-transmission bolts to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the nuts that secure the bracket to the mount.
^ Tighten the bracket-to-mount nuts to 40 Nm (29 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the left tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Wheels, Tires and Alignment.
5. Remove the jack stand.
6. Lower the vehicle.
