Washer Solvent Container Replacement (Inner)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the hose from the washer solvent container.
2. Disconnect the transfer hose from the washer solvent container.
2.1. Slide the clamp down the transfer hose away from the washer solvent container.
2.2. Pull the transfer hose from the washer solvent container.
3. Remove the nut from the washer solvent container.
4. Remove the two screws and the washer solvent container from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the washer solvent container onto the vehicle with two screws and one nut.
Tighten
^ Tighten the two screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
^ Tighten the nut to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

2. Connect the transfer hose with the clamp onto the washer solvent container.
3. Connect the hose onto the washer solvent container.
