Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Lower the rear door window.
2. Remove the outer belt sealing strip screw.
3. Remove outer belt sealing strip from the rear door pinchweld flange, by pulling the sealing strip upward.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the outer belt sealing strip to the rear door pinchweld flange align the sealing strip with the screw hole.
Press the strip into place until fully seated.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the outer belt sealing strip screw.

Tighten
Tighten the outer belt sealing strip screw to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

3. Raise the rear door window.
