DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
Each door module has a separate battery positive voltage circuit that it uses exclusively for power window motor operation, however, the circuits are all fed by the same PWR WDO circuit breaker located in the rear fuse block. These circuits are in harness connector C3 of each front door module, and in harness connector C2 of each rear door module. If this circuit opens at a point where the separate branches are all joined, all power windows will be inoperative. A short to ground in this circuit will open the PWR WDO circuit breaker, which will also cause all power windows to be inoperative

6. This step determines if a door module is internally shorted to ground, or the door module battery positive voltage circuit, associated with front door modules connector C3 and rear door modules connector C2, is shorted to ground.
