Zone 8

1. Remove the key from the ignition switch.




2. Connect the vehicle harness yellow connector (2) to the LF side impact module yellow connector (1).
3. Install the CPA (3) to the LF side impact module yellow connector (1).




4. Connect the steering wheel module coil yellow connector (4) to the vehicle yellow harness connector (3).
5. Install the CPA (1) to the steering wheel module coil yellow connector (4).
6. Install the LH insulator panel.




7. Connect the I/P module yellow connector (1) to the vehicle harness yellow connector (2).
8. Install the CPA (4) to the vehicle harness yellow connector (2).
9. Install the right insulator panel.




10. Connect the vehicle harness yellow connector (2) to the RF side impact module yellow connector (3).
11. Install the CPA (1) to the RF side impact module yellow connector (3).




12. Install the SIR fuse into the rear fuse center.
13. Install the rear fuse center cover.
14. Install the rear seat.
15. Use caution while reaching in and turn the ignition switch to the ON position. The AIR BAG indicator will flash then turn OFF.
16. Perform the SIR Diagnostic System Check if the AIR BAG warning indicator does not operate as described. Refer to Diagnostic System Check - Restraint Systems.
