It has recently been brought to our attention that some police fleets are remilling cylinder heads on the subject model vehicles.


Due to the extreme heavy duty and high speed use these vehicles may be used for, we do not recommend any remilling of the cylinder heads. Remilling of the heads may contribute to preignition and subsequent engine damage. Therefore, if a cylinder head is warped, it should be replaced.
