13A Sensor Calibrations (Engine Coolant)

1. With engine at operating temperature, disconnect logic module black electrical connector
2. Connect voltmeter between black logic module electrical connector terminal No. 23 and ground.
3. Place ignition switch in Run position and note voltmeter reading.
4. If voltmeter indicates 2 to 3 volts, proceed to Test 13 step B.
5. If voltmeter does not indicate 2 to 3 volts, replace coolant sensor.
CAUTION: Before replacing the coolant sensor make sure engine coolant is at operating temperature.
