19D High Fuel Pressure
1. Leave pressure gauge connected and turn engine off.
2. Remove fuel return hose from throttle body. Using a suitable length of fuel hose, install one end to throttle body and place the other end in a suitable gasoline container.
3. Observe pressure gauge while engine is briefly started. Do not let engine run more than 10 seconds.
4. If fuel pressure is 34 psi., check fuel return line and in-tank check valve for restrictions.
5. If fuel pressure is above 38 psi., replace pressure regulator valve.
