24B Sensor Calibrations (Throttle Position)

1. Engine must be Cold.
2. Place ignition switch in the Run position.
3. Connect a voltmeter to cavity No. 21 of the logic module black connector and ground.
4. Check voltage with throttle fully closed and fully open. Throttle Fully Closed should read one half volt to 1 and one half volt. Throttle Wide Open should read at least 3 and one half of a volt.
5. If voltage is okay, Perform Step C.
6. If voltage is not okay, replace throttle sensor.
