3C Speed Sensor Circuit

1. Place ignition switch in the Run position, disconnect the 40-way bulkhead connector.
2. Connect a voltmeter to cavity No. 14 of the logic module black connector and ground.
3. If voltmeter indicates at least 4 volts, repair wire of cavity No. 14 for an open circuit to the speed sensor connector.
4. If voltmeter does not indicate at least 4 volts, replace the logic module.
CAUTION: Before replacing the logic module, make sure the terminal in cavity No. 14 is not crushed so that it cannot touch the logic module pin.
