6A Throttle Position Sensor Circuit (Code 24)

1. Place ignition switch in the Off position, then disconnect throttle position sensor electrical connector.
2. Connect an ohmmeter between throttle position sensor electrical connector terminal with orange/dark blue wire and terminal with orange/white wire and note ohmmeter reading.
3. If ohmmeter indicates resistance, proceed to Test 6 step B.
4. If ohmmeter does not indicate resistance, check wiring from electrical connector for an open circuit. If wiring is satisfactory, replace throttle position sensor.
