1. Assemble strangler spring on choke lever, Fig. 15.
2. Install choke pinion with reference marks on pinion and cam lever aligned, Fig. 16.
3. Install and temporarily tighten new lock screws.
4. Position choke valve by moving pinion arm up or down and aligning punch mark on float chamber cover at center of 3 inscribed lines. Tighten pinion arm lock screws.
5. Install choke cover and tighten screws securely. Cut heads off of "A" screws and stake "B" screws, Fig. 17, with a suitable punch.
