Idle-Up Adjustment For Air Conditioned Colt Turbos

The idle and idle-up engine speed is controlled by the idle speed control motor.

If the engine looses or gains an excessive amount of rpm when the A/C is turned on, perform the idle speed control and throttle position sensor adjustment as described in the 1985 Colt Service Manual, Publication #81-270-5011, on pages 14-16 to 14-17.

The A/C idle-up speed itself cannot be adjusted, but it is dependent on correct idle speed adjustment.

Idle-up speed (Turbo) - 850 +/- 50 rpm.
