E.Modify the Vacuum Hoses

Figure 7:

1. Cut the vacuum hose between the thermovalve and EGR valve as shown in Figure 7.

2. Discard the two short hoses on the end of the supplied vacuum harness assembly. Connect the vacuum delay valve to the cut hose leading to the EGR valve. Connect the open end of the connector to the cut hose leading to the thermovalve (Figure 8).



3. Locate and cut the vacuum hose from the carburetor base to the Depression Chamber (Figure 9).
4. Route the harness around the carburetor and insert the harness tee into the cut ends of the hose (Figure 10). Retain the harness in place using the supplied tie strap and existing clamps.
