DR-27A Heated Air Intake System

This test must be performed with engine at normal operating temperature.
1. Disconnect air cleaner snorkel, air duct, then the heated air intake system, air temperature sensor vacuum supply hose.
2. Connect an auxiliary vacuum supply to the air temperature sensor, then apply vacuum.
3. If the heated air door does not open repair as needed.
4. If the heated air door is open, and vacuum does not hold, proceed to Test 28.
5. If vacuum holds, replace air temperature sensor.
