DR-28D Radiator Fan Relay

This test must be performed with engine at normal operating temperature.
1. Turn ignition switch to the Off position. Disconnect the smallest radiator fan relay 3-way connector. Connect an ohmmeter between terminals 1 and 2.
2. Ohmmeter should show some resistance. If circuit is open replace radiator fan relay.
3. If reading shows some resistance. Turn ignition switch to the Run position, then check for battery voltage at relay terminal 1.
4. If voltage is present, repair short to ground from terminal No. 8 of computer 10-way connector.
5. If voltage is not present, repair open circuit in wire to fuse two.
