DR-3C Canister Purge Solenoid Control Circuit

1. Connect a voltmeter between green wire of dual solenoid 3-way connector and ground.
2. Turn ignition switch Off, then disconnect 14-way computer electrical connector.
3. Turn ignition switch to Run position.
4. If voltmeter reads within one volt of battery, replace computer.
5. If voltmeter reads between 0 and 1 volt, repair short to ground in green canister purge solenoid control wire.
