DR-6D Oxygen Feedback System For A Lean Condition

1. Connect voltmeter to oxygen solenoid green wire, then disconnect hose at computer and plug.
2. Apply 14 inches of vacuum to computer, then connect tachometer to engine and raise speed to 2000 RPM.
3. Reconnect oxygen test connector, then disconnect hose from PCV valve and place your finger over it.
4. Slowly move your finger and allow air to enter the hose.
5. If voltmeter indicates an increase toward 14 volts, proceed to Test 18.
6. If voltmeter reads no decrease, locate and repair open sensor wire.
7. If there is no short circuit, replace oxygen sensor.
