DR-9B Checking For No Code 88

1. Disconnect diagnostic read-out tool, then turn ignition switch Off.
2. Disconnect 14-way connector from computer, then connect an ohmmeter between terminal No. 2 of engine harness and terminal No. 14 of the computer.
3. If ohmmeter indicates continuity, replace computer Before replacing computer, ensure pins in terminal No. 14 are contacting correctly.
4. If ohmmeter indicates no continuity, locate and repair open circuit.
