4, Fueled Fouled Spark Plugs

1. Remove spark plugs and check for fuel fouling.
2. If spark plugs are not fouled with fuel, proceed to Test 5.
3. If spark plugs are fouled with fuel, clean spark plugs and attempt to re-start.
