No Disengagement When Brake Pedal Is Depressed

1. Stop lamp or speed control switch improperly adjusted.
2. Speed control throttle cable kinked or damaged.
3. Faulty electrical circuit. Refer to "Electrical Circuit Tests."
4. Defective servo.
