6C Resistance of Ignition Coil Secondary Windings

1. Disconnect ignition coil wire from coil, then connect an ohmmeter between the coil negative and secondary terminals.
2. If ohmmeter indicates 9,400---11,700 ohms of resistance, proceed to Step D.
3. If ohmmeter indicates no resistance, replace ignition coil.
