E.Clean the EGR Valve and Passages

Figure 11:

1. Remove the EGR valve from the intake manifold. Place a shop towel over the intake manifold opening.

2. Remove the carbon deposits from the EGR valve and intake manifold passages (Figure 11) using MOPAR Brake and Carburetor Parts Cleaner PN 4318037 or equivalent.

3. Using a new EGR gasket, reinstall the EGR valve.
