6D Ignition Primary Circuit to Computer

1. Disconnect 10-way connector from the computer and connect a voltmeter between terminal No. 1 and ground.
2. Turn ignition switch to Run position.
3. If voltmeter reads within 1 volt of battery voltage, replace computer Before replacing computer, ensure pins in terminal No. 1 are contacting correctly.
4. If voltage indicates no voltage, repair primary circuit to ignition switch for open or short circuit.
