H. Replace CARB Only For High CO Level After Idle & MIX. Adj.

1. Replace the carburetor per Service Manual Procedure using:
Part No. MD997251 - Automatic Transmission
Part No. MD997201 - Manual Transmission

NOTE:
Do not install a Choke Shim on the new Carburetor.

2. Check and adjust idle speeds as necessary.

3. Disconnect the tachometer and remove the analyzer probe from the tailpipe.

4. Reinstall the air cleaner assembly (manual transmission vehicles only).
