This bulletin is issued to revise the ECI-Multi Driveability Troubleshooting Manual for Colt Vista Publication #81-699-7033.

Make the following changes in the manual as listed below.

Page 30 - Check switch 8, the last test should read accelerator fully opened.



Page 48 - Test #2 should read released where it reads depressed and depressed where it reads released.



Page 64 - Test #1 should read if tests good, stop not go to Test #10.



Page 66 - Test #9 should read if tests good, replace ECU not go to test #10.



Page 73 - Test #15 should read if tests OK, go to test 19 not 20.



Page 73 - Test #17 should read check ignition timing at 700 RPM not 750.



Page 73 - Test #18 ignition timing should read 10 BTDC not 8 BTDC, also delete the M/T & A/T column and change the engine RPM to 700.
