3 Checking For Fuel Fouled Spark Plugs

1. Remove spark plugs and check for wet tips.
2. If plug tips are not wet with fuel, proceed to Test 4.
3. If spark plugs are wet with fuel, clean and reinstall plugs, then attempt to restart engine.
