NS-4A Checking Engine Timing

Complete No Start Test 3, before proceeding.

1. Connect timing device to engine and crank engine.
2. If timing is 0---16°BTC, remove distributor cap and crank engine to be sure it is turning and is properly indexed, then check compression and valve timing.
3. If timing is not 0---16°BTC, proceed to Test 4 step B.
