16 No Start Verification Test

1. Reconnect and reassemble all previously tested components.
2. If SMEC was replaced, record EMR mileage from odometer to SMEC memory as outlined previously.
3. If SMEC was not replaced, read and record faults, then erase.
4. If engine starts, system is functioning properly.
5. If engine does not start, return to Test 1.
