Manual Window Regulator Replacement

Manual Regulator:

REMOVAL
1. Remove trim panel.
2. Remove the watershield as necessary.
3. Prop glass one inch from "Up" position.
4. Drill out three rivets on regulator and slide regulator roller off of glass lift channel.
5. Remove regulator assembly through access hole in door.

INSTALLATION
1. Load regulator assembly through access hole and engage regulator roller with lift channel.
2. Secure regulator to door panel with rivets or 1/4-20 nuts and short length screws. If screws are used, make sure they are torqued to 10-18 Nm (90-115 inch-pounds) and do not interfere with regulator operation.
3. Remove the prop and test the glass system for proper operation.
4. Install the watershield and trim panel.
